Juan Pablo Morales
President and CEO
Juan P. Morales is the President and CEO of The Trillium Exchange, where he leads the firm’s mission to invest in high-growth, impact-driven sectors across the Americas. He brings a strong foundation in law and real estate, holding a Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law and a BA in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Juan continues the legacy of his family business, Constructora Inversiones Morales, founded in 1960 by visionary entrepreneur Hernán Morales. For over six decades, the company has built a distinguished portfolio in residential, institutional, and tourism development across Bogotá, Anapoima, and Florida, USA. Known for its architectural integrity, disciplined execution, and commitment to community-centered growth, the firm remains a trusted, multigenerational platform with deep expertise in sustainable real estate and regional development.
Asterid Paredes Fuentes
CFO
Astrid Yaneth Paredes Fuentes is an accomplished economist and public sector executive with over 20 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and public administration. A graduate of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a Master’s in Economics and specializations in Conflict Resolution and Territorial Management, she has held senior leadership roles including Secretary of Finance and Administrative and Financial Deputy Manager for the Department of Cauca and EMCASERVICIOS S.A. E.S.P. Astrid has led large-scale public investment programs, managed fiduciary and budgetary operations, and advised national legislators on economic policy. Fluent in English and French, she has also published research on economic development, fiscal policy, and environmental taxation.

Elliot Francis Stroud is a UK-based sports entrepreneur and the founder & CEO of EFS Sports Ltd, a Leeds-based management and investment advisory firm specializing in sports acquisitions, sponsorship, and commercial development. Stroud has positioned EFS Sports as a leading conduit for cross-border sports investments and partnerships, offering clients market intelligence, acquisition sourcing, and club valuation advisory. In collaboration with The Trillium Exchange, EFS Sports could provide strategic support in identifying and brokering professional football club acquisitions, structuring sports-related investment vehicles, and developing tokenized asset models tied to club equity or revenue streams. The firm’s network of clubs, owners, and advisors across Europe offers Trillium a gateway into regulated sports finance, including access to undervalued clubs, media rights, and hospitality ventures aligned with Trillium’s long-term investment objectives in sports, real estate, and entertainment.

Lead Developer
Tokeny is a Luxembourg-based fintech company specializing in compliant tokenization solutions for real-world assets. Founded in 2017, the company provides technology that enables businesses and financial institutions to issue, manage, and transfer tokenized securities on public or private blockchains in full regulatory compliance. Tokeny’s platform supports the entire lifecycle of digital assets—from onboarding investors with KYC/AML checks to managing corporate actions and secondary transfers—using its proprietary ONCHAINID identity framework. Backed by investors including Euronext, Tokeny is recognized as a leading European provider in the tokenization and digital securities space and will serve as The Trillium Exchange’s lead token developer, supporting the platform’s strategy to bring institutional-grade digital asset solutions to market.
